Hetch solely reserves the right to accept, reject and remove users from registrations on the website and related web assets without stating any reason thereof. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to restrict access to some parts of this entire website. Hetch reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Activation & Delivery Timelines
Please note that web presence products like domain name, shared web hosting, and business email purchased online through our website will be activated within a few hours from the time of payment completion. Payments for other services and products are collected via other offline payment modes and the same will be delivered on the agreed time frame.
All services provided by Hetch may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any law is prohibited. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hetch from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the user or any other party.

Server Resource Usage
If Hetch's system administration team determines that an account is utilizing an unacceptable amount of system resources, Hetch may temporarily deactivate the account in question. If Hetch's staff deems it necessary, an eviction notice may be sent to the customer of an offending account providing them with seven(7) days in which to either upgrade to another hosting solution as recommended by Hetch staff. This only occurs in extreme cases; Hetch will do all it can to assist customers prior to this scenario.
As we are using CloudLinux OS to safeguard each account by isolating them all our shared hosting accounts are limited to a certain level of resources.
Following are our CloudLinux resource limits for cPanel shared hosting accounts:
Our FTP shared hosting accounts will share the above CloudLinux resource limits. A maximum of 10 FTP shared hosting accounts will share the above resources.
All users are restricted to 15 concurrent MySQL connections.
Database queries should not exceed 3000 per hour.
Database changes (insert/update/delete) should not exceed 1000 queries per hour.
Database servers should not be used as a hosted solution. Database access should only be used for the website hosted by Hetch.
Remote database access is for administrative purposes only.
Files and Directories
A single log file size should not exceed the plan storage limit or 1 GB. And the total size of all similar log files should not exceed 5 GB in size.
A directory can not contain more than 2500 immediate child files. This includes sub-directories themselves but does not include files contained within those directories.
The minimum Cron Job Interval for all our shared web hosting plans is 30 minutes i.e A cron job should not execute more frequently than once every 30 minutes.
Hetch performs nightly backups of Shared Hosting accounts; however, these backups are for Hetch's administrative purposes only, and are in no way guaranteed! Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers. Hetch does not provide any sort of compensation for lost or incomplete data in the event that backups do not function properly (even if the malfunction was due to negligence on Hetch's part). We will do our best to ensure complete and accurate backups, but assume no responsibility for this duty. Always back your site up to your personal computer! We make no guarantees about the availability of backups.
You may not use your hosting account as a backup solution. Our Services are designed to host your website only and may not be used as a data repository. cPanel generated backups, Softaculous backups, Softaculous backup temp files, and Excessively sized error logs stored on the server will be automatically deleted after 14 days. Hetch reserves the right to remove backups from your hosting account with or without notice.
Terms of Service Violation Actions
Failure to fully comply with these terms of service is grounds for account suspension and/or termination. We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No cancellations or refunds are available on the purchase of any of our web presence products like domain name, shared web hosting, and business email.
Changes to Pricing
Hetch reserves the right to change prices or any other charges at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days notice before charging you with any price change on any annual or longer-term plans. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review pricing on our website and billing information provided by Hetch through the client area or through other methods of communication, including notices sent or posted by Hetch.
Changes to Terms of Service
We may change this Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised Terms of Service in the "Terms of Service" section of Hetch. The revised Terms of Service is effective immediately when posted on this Website. We suggest each user to review the website and the Terms of Service periodically to learn of any revisions. Your continued use of Hetch after the effectiveness of such revisions will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms of the revised Terms of Service. We will never significantly change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer.
